• Has held various roles including President & CEO, Director of multiple public, private and startup companies.

• He is currently the Executive Chairman of the board and CFO of Expander Energy Inc., and a Director of Rocky Mountain GTL Inc. companies that design, constructs and operated “small scale Gas to Liquids” plants.

• He is also CEO and co-founder of Alberta Clean Technologies (VCC) Ltd.(Jennings Capital Inc., C-Free Power Corp., Good Energies Capital, Platinum Communications and Uniserv Communications).
